Foundation Information

Bay Access Sailing Foundation is a charitable organization that promotes youth and adult amateur sailing on Galveston Bay and Clear Lake through: 

• On the water sailing instruction and training 
• Organization and promotion of regattas
• Boating classes
• Environmental awareness and education
• Scholarships for youth sailing camps 

Bay Access Sailing Foundation, formed in 1999, is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that is exempt from Federal income taxes and is qualified to receive tax deductible contributions. 

Bay Access Sailing Foundation is committed to promoting interest and participation in Youth and Adult Amateur Sailing without regard to an individual’s race, color, national or ethnic origin, religion, age, sex, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, disability, or any other proscribed category set forth in federal regulations.
